Refund and Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your decision to purchase webinars and seminars from Dante CE. Our goal is to provide high-quality educational content and excellent customer service. The following policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers.
Webinar Courses
All webinar registrations are final. Refunds are not provided for webinars that have already been accessed, viewed, or missed.
If you are unable to attend a webinar, you may request to transfer your registration to another available webinar date, provided you contact us at least 7 days before the originally scheduled webinar.
In-Person Seminar Courses
All in-person seminar registrations are final. No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the seminar date.
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the seminar, refund or credit options may vary by course. Please refer to the individual course flyer page for specific details related to that event.
General Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event to be considered for a partial refund or transfer, where applicable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation by Dante CE
If Dante CE cancels a webinar or seminar, registrants will receive a full refund. Participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
