We appreciate your decision to purchase webinars and seminars from Dante CE. Our goal is to deliver top-notch educational content and superior customer service. This refund policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and cancellations.

All sales of webinars and seminars are final, and we do not offer refunds for events that have already been missed, accessed, or viewed. If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so at least 7 days before the scheduled event to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.  For the webinars, if you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule to a different date, subject to availability, provided you contact us at least 24 hours before the original event date.

If Dante CE cancels a webinar or seminar, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will inform you of any cancellations through the contact information provided during registration and process the refund within 14 business days.
